Appointments require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients may use the booking confirmation text link to manage existing appointments and select a new desired time. Late cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows may result in one session being deducted from your plan. Single session bookings cancelled the same day may incur a 50% service fee. Arrivals more than five (5) minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation to avoid disruption of scheduled appointments. For Unlimited Memberships, two late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within a single billing cycle may result in a $20 late fee or temporary booking restrictions to preserve availability for all guests. Repeated misuse of scheduling policies may result in membership review or cancellation at management discretion.
